Kenyon & Sons has serviced four of our properties ranging from a blown fuse to a full 3 ton Carrier unit replacement with crane. We have been extremely impressed with their service, response time and reliability. Their crew is professional and knowledgeable and office staff friendly and on top of scheduling and communication. Their pricing is very competitive and they have never over charged. In fact, we have saved a considerable amount of money this year despite the lengthy heat wave impacts. They are AMAZING! I had a previous company come out who told me I had to spend at least $11,000 and I wanted to get a second opinion. Kenyon & Sons came out and was upfront and personable and provided solutions vs. providing only one $11,000 fix. We scheduled a service appointment and the Tech was FABULOUS! Very professional, knowledgeable, and made the time fly! They are a great company all around, I highly recommend!

They did an A+ after 2 different companies gave complete opposite diagnosis and estimates. I brought in Kenyon and Sons to give a third opinion and it was obvious their diagnosis was the correct one and they were not trying to overbill or cheat me. The technician was especially nice, professional, and helpful! My HVAC works amazingly well now.
